My name is Allison Montero, and I'm a Patient Care Specialist for the Markey Access and Innovation Center. Our team provides a multitude of pharmacy services to improve access to medications for patients seen in the Markey Cancer Center here at UK. Two of my major responsibilities include: obtaining prior authorizations and enrolling patients in financial support programs for their infusion therapies. Outside of work I like to spend my time lifting weights, playing with my pups, and going on random thrifting adventures with friends.
