Christopher Carney

Community Outreach

Chris is a higher education professional with approximately 17 years of experience working with students, faculty, staff, alumni and other academic, philanthropic and collegiate partners centered in the areas of admissions, recruitment, retention, marketing, communications, events and social media. He joined the University of Kentucky in 2015 and has held positions at the Gatton College of Business and Economics, College of Public Health and is now on the communications and news team at the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment (CAFE). Chris also serves on the diversity council at Martin-Gatton CAFE, graduated from Leadership Kentucky (class of 2018) and is currently a board member of Women Leading Kentucky.
