Shared Governance Collaboration

I currently serve as the Director of UK's Center for Disaster Recovery and Resilience. I enjoy engaging with each UK department to help meet their emergency planning and recovery needs. I accepted a position with UK Police Department in 2011 after working in The Governor's Office at Kentucky Office of Homeland Security. I’m a graduate of UK’s Martin School of Public Policy and Administration and Morehead State University. I appreciate having a dynamic career that allows me the flexibility to be a successful working mom. As a staff senator, that’s what I’d like for every member of our faculty and staff community: not just a job, but a career in an energetic and adaptable working environment that meets personal and professional goals.
