I came to UK in 1992 as a student (receiving both my undergraduate and masters degrees) and began working in the Department of Entomology in the College of Ag, Food, and Environment (CAFÉ) in 1996. I am currently a Senior Nursery Inspector. When CAFÉ created their Staff Council, I was nominated to be a part of the committee. As chair of the Staff Council, I became part of the Staff Senate Development Task Force working on the bylaws committee creating the bylaws for our soon to be Staff Senate! I was elected to the Staff Senate and have served as Vice Chair of the Staff Senate and now as Chair of the Bylaws Committee!
